ETRA
took part in Greece to the environmental fair held in Athens from
June 23th through 26th The events has been an opportunity to meet
the companies operating in Greece, some of which where making the
exposition of their product at the fair.
ECOLIFE, this is the name of the event, is The Unique Fair on Environment-Friendly
Products & Services.
The idea for ECOLIFE has been born to serve the vision of "ecology
in everyday life", and it is the first integrated exhibition
of environment-friendly products and services that is taking place
in Greece.
The demand for safe and healthy products is continuously rising, following
an offer which is rapidly expanding in many application areas: from
ecological building and clean energy, to healthy nutrition, natural
beauty and health products, alternative forms of tourism and transport
etc.
However, it is still difficult for the consumers to easily access
these options, to feel certitude when choosing certified products,
to know which their added value in relation with the corresponding
conventional products is, to be informed about the latest technological
advances and the cost of the alternative options offered to them.
He fair took place by «Agora» in the OAKA Olympic Sports
Complex is one of the ornaments of the Olympic Facilities. Looking
to combine futurism with the main natural elements (water, light,
air), the architect Santiago Kalatrava has created an impressive sight
of high aesthetic quality. The arched roof that extends in parallel
with the artificial lake and leads to the square dominated by the
“Wall of the Nations”, is undoubtedly a unique work of
art, that due to its shape and its lighting creates an unmatched atmosphere,
both at day and night. |
